Intermittent Fasting
Since 2023, I started IF once a week. My schedule goes like this:
- 9:30 AM - Breakfast (4-5 Idlis or Muesli or Bread Toast with Omelette) with black-coffee
- 11:00 AM - Black Tea (either no sugar or very less sugar)
- 1.30 PM - Black Tea
- 3:00 PM - Tea with milk and sugar
- 5:00 PM - Break the fast (with bowl of rice and chicken or 2 rotis with chicken curry)
I used to get headache sometimes when I'm on IF. I realized those headaches are signs of dehydration or low sugar.
So nowadays, I ensure I drink enough water. I also take the first glass of water in the day with some salt. If I still get headache, I have a cup of tea with enough sugar.
